By order of the Honourable Madam Justice Romaine dated October 22, 2008, SemCAMS received approval to commence conducting a claims process.
To avoid the barring and extinguishment of any Pre-Filing Claim any creditors may have against SemCAMS, all creditors are required to file a Proof of Claim in the approved form. All Proofs of Claim are to be received by the Monitor (Ernst & Young) by 5:00 p.m. (MST) on December 1, 2008.
